Before I had my current YouTube Channel, I had another one (which is now suspended) on which I used to make RS Videos with Windows Movie Maker.
It was very frustrating to work with it because the damn thing froze on me every 10 minutes.
And I got a pretty decent computer.

So I'd either recommend to ANY RS Video Maker to start using Final Cut Pro or Sony Vegas Pro.
There's only 1 program worse than WMM: Camtasia Studios.

I bet you could find a good enough free alternative.

Try Google. There a few free ones because once I needed one for a friends computer and it was quite urgent... I can't remember the names though.

I have allowed this video unlike the others as it helps video makers.

i use windows, only because, 600 dollars is alot of sony, (even though it IS THE BEST you can get) any alternatives?

Hmm, Avid FreeDV seems okay. Wax, Zwei-Stein, Jashaka, HyperEngineAV too. Something like VideoShare or MovieShare or something along the lines of that. They all seem good.

Alternatively, you could use an illegal version
Or, you could buy something like Adobe Premiere Elements which is good and costs less. It's like After Effects or Premiere if you've heard of it.

im not saying this is a good editor. but there are thousands of editors that use this, and hate it. i wanna make em hate it less =P
