Changes to the Update Archive.

Since almost all updates are no longer posted in this category due to the newspost system added in TheTubeScape 3.0, only very major updates get a thread in the forums.

Now, since I talk a lot about possible future updates in General, I'll post them here instead of spamming that category.

From now on, Update Archive is now a category for anything to do with updates, be it past, recent, or future. NOT suggestions. The name will remain the same, however.

With this, I've also removed some old stickies which weren't major updates.
